This policy explains how Dayf ("we", "us") handles personal data on this website and in Relay's licence service. Relay itself is software that runs on your own PC; what it does with your email is covered in the last section.

What we collect and why

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell personal data.
Relay and your email
Relay runs on your PC. Your emails, files, cases and memory stay in Relay's database on that PC and are not sent to us. When Relay needs an AI for a task, it sends text to the AI provider you chose, under your own account with them, with private details replaced by placeholders when masking is on. That provider's privacy terms apply to that processing.
The weekly licence check sends us only your licence key, an anonymous ID for the PC and the app version.
Who we share data with
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger International Ltd., which stores this website and its database.
- Our email provider, to send account emails.

Each acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
Account and licence data: while your account is open, then [6 years] for tax and accounting records. Sign-in attempts and API logs: up to 30 days. Contact messages: up to [2 years].
